Claiming that phone service is free is like saying that clicking on AdWords is free. To the consumer it may seem like it is free – but not for the advertiser. Let me let you in on a little secret – phone calls are not free. If there isn’t any profit motive – there is no motivation for profit.

I can assure you that figuring out who is going to pay is what is stalling the “revolution”.
